he’s a scientist who decided to do his weird scientific experiments around town. we just call him carlos the scientist. he solves problems and does lots of weird science things, but it’s kind of cool. he’s apparently ~*~*the most important person in town because he’s so perfect*~*~, but he’s a scruffy guy. depending on whatever version of him you run into.
